On December 10, 2025, Radev & Sons Ltd. finalized the execution of Project No. BG16RFPR001-1.003-0270-C01 "Implementation of an innovative lighting fixture with uniformly distributed luminous flux, providing lighting that is safe for human vision."
The project was implemented under procedure BG16RFPR001-1.003 "Innovation Implementation in Enterprises" within the "Competitiveness and Innovation in Enterprises" Program 2021-2027. The primary objective was the implementation of a product innovation in the strategic area of ISIS – "Mechatronics and Microelectronics."
To ensure the successful execution of the project and the modernization of our production facilities, three new high-tech machines were purchased and delivered:

• Robotic Laser Welding System SM-IPROM IPG 1500 with Fanuc CRX and IPG LightWELD 1500 laser;
• Polyurethane Gasket and Adhesive Application System "Sonderhoff 3E" by Henkel;
• Electric Press Brake SAFAN E-Brake 35-1250 NS with Computer Numerical Control (CNC).

Thanks to this new technological capacity, our company has successfully launched the production of an innovative LED lighting fixture. The product is an in-house development by Radev & Sons and is protected by Utility Model Registration Certificate No. BG3346 U1, issued by the Patent Office of the Republic of Bulgaria.
This project reinforces our commitment to implementing modern technologies that guarantee both high product quality and consumer safety.

In October 2025, Radev & Sons Ltd. officially signed a long-term contract with Electrodistribution North AD (ERP North) for the production and supply of electricity meter boards.
This strategic partnership spans a 4-year period, ensuring a significant workload and long-term financial stability for our company. Collaborating with an energy sector leader like ERP North is a direct testament to the high quality of our products and the professionalism of our team.

GLOBAL INDUSTRIE 2021 is an event that is gathering representatives of the industry in the exhibition center EUREXPO LYON - France from 16 to 19 March. Radev & Sons Ltd. will present innovations and useful models in the field of manufacturing metal products and details.

The project titled “Improving production capacity of SMEs” at Radev & Sons Ltd. was launched under Financial Grant № BG16RFOP002-2.040-0886-C01 concluded on 10.02.2020.

During the fair, contacts were made with companies mainly from Germany, Belgium, Denmark, Slovenia and other European countries. Interest in the products and services that we are providing in the field of sheet metal processing has started new business relationships and opened up new markets.

In the period between the 5th and 8th of November, at stand 5226, hall 5 of the Stuttgart Trade Fair, Radev & Sons Ltd. will present its new product line and solutions in the field of sheet metal processing, emphasizing on the manufacturing of enclosures, panels and workpieces broadly used in the industry.

SOLIDWORKS’ solutions will speed up the design and productivity process while reducing the company’s production costs, thus making Radev & Sons Ltd. a leading enterprise in the business of sheet metal processing.

An advertisement has been uploaded in the Management and Monitoring Information System announcing the soliciting of potential suppliers’ offers for the delivery and assembly of a laser cutting machine and a automated sheet metal bending system. The offers shall be submitted through the Management and Monitoring Information System following the registration of the bidding companies. Deadline for the submission of offers - 29.05.2018.

An advertisement has been uploaded in the Management and Monitoring Information System announcing the soliciting of potential suppliers’ offers for the delivery and assembly of an automated technological line for the powder coating of lighting fixtures and profiles. The project titled “Implementation of energy efficiency measures at Radev & Sons Ltd.” was launched under Financial Grant № BG16RFOP002-3.001-0288-C01 concluded on 20.11.2017.
